At the feet of the nucleous of Noallo de Abaixo we find this old fountain that has recently been recovered. Testimony of a time when multiple constructions of hydraulic type, dams and canals dominated, necessary to suply the multiple mills that worked in the banks of the river. The Castelao style typography stands out, which is also reproduced in the close “Fountain of the Mills”.
At this point we can rest and refresh ourselves before starting the next stretch of ascent that takes us to the next viewpoint that may well be the closest to the Calvario, passing through the village of Noallo de Abaixo, or the top of the route in the Coto de Novelle.
